Fantastic Mr. Fox

IMG_3433The Third Graders took a look at the many descriptive words Roald Dahl used in just the three short chapters we read today. Each child chose one or more of the adjectives and wrote an “interesting” sentence to share. Here are some examples:

You are a fabulous, great, and brilliant person.  

The new deer was fat and hungry. 

The plump chickens died under the Mr. Fox’s sharp claws.

The new, nasty guy who was clumsy and weird, but fabulous and tiny, made yummy food!
